A fuel network operating across three markets needed one identity, manufactured and maintained to one standard — from urban stations in Athens to highway sites across the Balkans and Egypt. Consistency at that scale is a manufacturing problem before it is a design problem: hundreds of sites, differing climates and regulations, and a rollout that cannot interrupt trading.
Kouros engineers and produces all primary elements in-house in Athens — canopy fascias, price pylons, illuminated letters and wayfinding. Component systems are designed for transport density, fast site assembly and serviceable illumination.
Rollout is coordinated per market with local installation crews working to Kouros site documentation. Stations are surveyed, manufactured to site-specific drawings, and converted on programme — with the network trading throughout.
