Programme
Multi-year network rollout
/ The brief

A fuel network operating across three markets needed one identity, manufactured and maintained to one standard — from urban stations in Athens to highway sites across the Balkans and Egypt. Consistency at that scale is a manufacturing problem before it is a design problem: hundreds of sites, differing climates and regulations, and a rollout that cannot interrupt trading.

/ Engineering

All primary elements — canopy fascias, price pylons, illuminated letters and wayfinding — are engineered and produced in-house in Athens. Component systems are designed for transport density, fast site assembly and serviceable illumination.

/ Deployment

Rollout is coordinated per market with local installation crews working to Kouros site documentation. Stations are surveyed, manufactured to site-specific drawings, and converted on programme — with the network trading throughout.
